Tina Thomson is an accomplished Executive as well as an ICF certified Leadership Coach. Tina holds a PCC with the ICF: a Professional Certified Coach qualification with the International Coaching Federation. Cultural and emotional intelligence, coupled with a clear sense of purpose, and 20+ years in global C-Suite roles, Tina has valuable leadership insights. She has founded, and managed, four successful businesses, two in retail, an Australian Teaching Franchise and her coaching practice, Epiphany Leadership Coaching. She is an Enhanced Practitioner in High Impact Coaching with Thinkers 50.

In 2018, she launched the Female Wave of Change in the USA. She serves as their Honorary Global Ambassador. Tina has held several global executive board positions, and she sits on the President’s Council at St. Thomas Aquinas College.

A published author, Tina loves to lecture on Global Entrepreneurship and has lectured to MBA students on 5 continents.

Tina is the Executive Advisor to the Board at Frisbie Group in Palm Beach, Florida. Above all else, Tina is the mother of her miracle son, Nicholas and his loving wife, Lisa, and she is the doting grandmother to baby Alexia.
