My coaching style is professional, yet personal. I am a deep listener and strategic “thought partner” that will respectfully probe, challenge, call out limiting patterns, connect dots, and champion change.
I believe the client measures the success of the coaching relationship because they own the agenda. They alone can define what success in the coaching process looks like for them, so their feedback is my guide for our coaching process.
When appropriate and approved by the client, I will utilize visualization exercises. I find these exercises can bypass mental constructs to gain deeper insights. I may utilize different profile tools such as MBTI, Path Elements Profile (PEP), or StrengthsFinder. Other tools would include leadership, mindset, or emotional intelligence assessments.
