Wendy's passion for coaching stems from her personal and professional experiences, where she has observed individuals struggling to understand their value as leaders. She has seen firsthand how low self-esteem and confidence, an inability to lead a team or organization, and a lack of vision and focus can hold people back from reaching their goals and leaving a lasting legacy.

With over 25 years of corporate experience, Wendy has worked in service, manufacturing, finance, and healthcare, spending the first 15 years of her career in Human Resource Management. She has held leadership positions and worked with employees and leaders at all levels, giving her a unique perspective that she leverages to provide relevant coaching. Wendy's experience helps her to empathize with clients on a deeper level and create a trusting environment for them to learn and grow.

Wendy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Wright State University and is a certified coach through iPEC and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her coaching approach is focused on helping clients gain self-awareness, set specific goals, and take aligned action to accomplish them, leaving a lasting legacy. Wendy is energized by the opportunity to help people discover the best version of themselves and provides a safe space for her clients to process their thoughts and feelings.

• Provided coaching to an executive leader to successfully transition into her new role of CEO, optimizing her own skills, talents, personality, so she can authentically and successfully lead her team and organization.

• Coached a VP by supporting him in having a deeper level of self-awareness around how he was responding to his circumstances and how that was affecting him, as well as his team and organization. By doing this and realizing he had a choice in how he responds, he recognized he is still in control of the things that matter the most i.e., himself, and by focusing on shifting his own mindset and approach, he could make a bigger impact on others. This, in turn, lowered his stress level, and increased his self-confidence.
