Over the past 20+ years, Will has had the opportunity to create a career in tech - most notably at Google and YouTube working on five 1B+ user products (Chrome, Search, Android, Google Play and YouTube), from designing engaging onboarding experiences, and building customer support teams and programs from the ground-up, to managing product and engineering road maps and collaboration across cross-functional organizations.

Will is now the Director, Community Engagement leading efforts to support teachers and students around the globe to bring the magic of Creativity into classroom. He is experienced in bringing creativity into coaching as well to help you get unstucked and discover your ultimate goals!

Will considers himself a tech nerd who morphed from individual contributors managing programs to leading an organization of highly talented professionals. As a people leader, he has had the opportunity to work with and manage people from all walks of life and diverse experiences It's these people and experiences that have shaped me, and what brought me to coaching to be able to support others on their journeys.
