Full Bio

Carrie is an executive & leadership coach specializing in helping female executives develop their authentic leadership style while staying true to their purpose, in turn increasing their efficacy and impact as leaders. She is driven to advance the growth of women in leadership, supporting them as they grow their influence, make their voices heard, and take purposeful action to shift the status quo in business.

Prior to becoming a coach, Carrie worked for 15 years as a creative executive in entertainment marketing. Most recently, she was the President and Partner of a top creative advertising agency, managing a large team of seasoned creatives and overseeing all aspects of agency management - including finance, HR, and operations. During her time there, she discovered a different way to lead that felt more authentic to who she was as a female leader and, not surprisingly, turned out to be effective in delivering business results.

I am passionate about helping leaders find their authentic voice and tap into their own inherent wisdom in order to reach their goals. By offering an unbiased, supportive, skillful ear, and applying a whole systems approach, I work to guide my clients down a path of self-discovery in order to bring out the answers that already reside within.

Describe your coaching style.

As a coach, I believe it is my job to help you achieve your goals by creating a safe and empowering space and guiding you toward your inspired future as you align your values, thoughts, and actions. I have a holistic coaching style that focuses on the client as a whole person. While strategic and tactical goals are part of my process, I believe deep personal transformation is at the heart of truly sustainable change.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is someone who is committed to the process and willing to deepen their self-awareness. I work especially well with women who seek to have their voice heard and contributions valued. I want to help women step into true confidence, learn to feel comfortable taking up space, and to question the patriarchal systems that have told us our feminine values and authentic selves do not belong in leadership.

How do you measure success with a client?

For me personally -it's when I see a shift in confidence and forward movement. For my clients, I use an intake form when we start our work together, setting up their goals and defining what success would look like for them after our engagement, and revisit that with them at the closing session.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is listening, not only to words said but to what is underneath and often unspoken and gently guiding you to explore that.
