FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is open, honest, and encouraging with no sugar coating. I take a journey with people to help them uncover answers rather than provide them with east solutions. I guide people to explore and question their assumptions, learnings from past actions, and future goals.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is someone who wants to take their career or personal life to the next level and realizes they may be stuck or uncertain of how to achieve their goals. My ideal clients understand that a coach is a force multiplier who is there to help unlock their potential and get past any limiting beliefs. This person has a winning mindset and wants to be pushed to achieve big things.

How do you measure success with a client?

Success is measured by clients achieving their goals and milestones along the way. I always encourage my clients to have measurable and objective goals to truly understand when progress is being made and when goals have been achieved.

What is your coaching superpower?

My superpower as a coach is my ability to connect with anyone almost instantaneously. This allows me to establish rapport and create a relationship based on trust and openness.
