Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is an empathetic, understanding, and transformative coaching style that encourages holistic growth in all areas of a leader's life.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is a leader that wants to use their position to make their business, their life, and their employees' lives better in a holistic way that is a win-win for all involved. He believes the workplace is an opportunity to start to make the world a better place for oneself and others.

How do you measure success with a client?

Success is measured by the degree to which the client can grow into the person who can reach their goals. Success is measured subjectively and objectively as the agreed-upon goals are attained.

What is your coaching superpower?

I have a knack for finding out what truly motivates my clients... and it is often not what they first say.
