Bio

Lisa has 36 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, both inside organizations and in consulting roles.

Internally, I have held positions from Manager through C-suite, leading departments in the areas of HR, Quality, Training, Marketing and Operations. I have coached leaders at all levels of an organization in my consulting business of 26 years. I began coaching before there even was such a field or a name. My approach was unusual when I started my business but now is somewhat mainstream. I have an eclectic background using meditative practices, energy principles, Nature, and nutrition folded into business theory and strategy as tools to support my clients in developing their full potential as a leader.

My experience as a leader at all levels, including C-suite, gives me insight into the daily reality of my clients. My style is unique in its use of meditative practices, energy principles, Nature as a teacher, and nutrition to support leaders in reaching their full potential. I believe that leadership is an inside job that requires an individual to dive deep into who they are and bring their gifts into their role as leaders. For those individuals who want more than tactical solutions and desire a greater understanding of themselves and their potential, I can offer wise guidance and support.

FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is honest, inquiring, pushing to the edges, gently directing, and structured while using the flow of real life, uplifting, inspiring.

How do you measure success with a client?

I measure success by observing how a client has shifted some of the patterns that did not serve them well and hindered their success; how grounded and present they are even in the face of stress; their sense of well-being and satisfaction; if they reached the goals set at the beginning of our coaching contract.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is seeing people's patterns and knowing how to help them see them as well as how to shift them if they do not serve their success.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is an individual who wants to go beyond the surface and find greatness inside. The level is not as important as their hunger for learning, growing, and uncovering who they truly are as a leader.
