The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) is a tool used to measure personality characteristics related to job performance and provide insights into workplace behavior and team dynamics. The HPI provides a comprehensive overview of an individual's personality, including their strengths and weaknesses, how they interact with others, and how they respond to various work situations.
After you book and pay, your coach will send you a link to take the assessment.
Important: In order to receive your report, you will need to book a follow up meeting with your coach to go through the results together.
