I am a dynamic, creative thought leader, international executive/leadership coach, and consultant. I have a passion for individual and organizational growth and transformation, combined with more than 20 years of talent development, coaching, consulting, and organizational development experience in leading global organizations and providing significant value to my clients.

As a business leader, I position and grow teams to higher performance in service to business goals. My mission is to assist teams and organizations in building their capability and capacity to be their best and most inspired selves to reach their full potential.

In coaching, I foster learning, self-development, and transformation and motivate my clients to tap into their authentic selves and nurture their abilities. My client and I co-create goal plans and do ongoing check-ins on both process and goals to determine what is working/not working and that we are moving toward desired outcomes.

My coaching superpower is building rapport and the ability to create safety and hold my client's "feet to the fire" as needed for healthy movement.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is anyone who comes with a growth mindset, is motivated, curious, and open. A client who is willing to do the work and go through the process. Successful coaching requires someone who is invested and coachable.
