A former Stockbroker who experienced the collapse of her company in 2008, Jessica learned to let go and follow her heart. Her journey led her to big stages and small offices as she served global clients as a management consultant. Jessica has coached and advised tens of thousands of aspiring leaders and established executives.

Jessica is one of the most intuitive challengers you will meet. She has worked with organizations such as Twitter, Southwest Airlines, Regions Bank, Highmark Healthcare, USPS, Stanford University, Live Nation, and Atlanta Public Schools.

Today Jessica is the Founder of Empowered for Sales (EFS). Jessica helps her clients to understand their strengths and conquer their limiting beliefs to achieve greater ease when leading and seeking buy-in. Empowered for Sales combines Jessica’s love for entrepreneurs, executives, and triumph.

When Jessica is not living out her passion for human development, you will likely find her spending time in nature walking or cycling. She also enjoys traveling to different cities and countries to visit friends and family that are dispersed around the world. She is known to experiment with different recipes and reads/listens to many books and podcasts.
