Liz is a certified ICF coach (PCC), a SHRM senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP), a fearless organization practitioner, and a Prosci change management practitioner, (CMP). She was also a recipient of the NJBiz Best 50 Women in Business award. - Coached an entrepreneurial CEO (and supporting leadership team) through multiple corporate transactions including an acquisiton of another company, as well as a strategic parntership with Universal Music Group. Provided input on team communications and interaction, while the company scaled and transitioned.
- Coached an entrepreneurial COO as she was onboarded into a new organization. Provided guidance on getting started, company communications, team building and development, as well as recruiting employees and how to best assess/select for retention.
