With 20 years of experience in driving people, corporate communications, and change initiatives, Liz's "why" is to help people find their purpose and their peace - at all stages of their career and in life. She's led both strategic and operational aspects of people development, performance management, employee experience, employer branding, leadership development, and internal mobility. Liz's career is rooted in a growth mindset, having worked (and thrived) in start-up companies and entrepreneurial businesses within the creative and technology industries.

Liz is a certified ICF coach (PCC), a SHRM senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP), a fearless organization practitioner, and a Prosci change management practitioner, (CMP). She was also a recipient of the NJBiz Best 50 Women in Business award. Liz partners with smart entrepreneurial professionals and creative business leaders to help them enable and empower their teams to achieve goals. She is passionate about creating a culture of trust, authenticity, and engagement, where employees can thrive and deliver value to the organization and its stakeholders. Throughout her cross-functional career, she's been fortunate to advance initiatives within people & culture (HR), strategic communications, reputation management, and business operations.

Notable Client Achievements

• Coached an entrepreneurial CEO (and supporting leadership team) through multiple corporate transactions including an acquisiton of another company, as well as a strategic parntership with Universal Music Group. Provided input on team communications and interaction, while the company scaled and transitioned.
• Coached an entrepreneurial COO as she was onboarded into a new organization. Provided guidance on getting started, company communications, team building and development, as well as recruiting employees and how to best assess/select for retention.
• Provided life-coaching to a mid-career Creative Director through a personal situation she was navigating. She made some tough decisions during our time together, and is thriving in life (and in career), as a result.
