Describe your coaching style.

As a system-eclectic whole-human coach, I use my swiss army knife of skills to partner with my clients unlocking their human potential through intuitive, customized plans that maximize growth on all levels (mind, body, and purpose). Depending on the goals defined through our partnership, I incorporate mindfulness, self-awareness, and presencing practices, coupled with select assessments enabling us to leverage data and intuitive insights to resolve issues at the root. These mental and intuitive insights refine the nature of achieving the client's defined goals and ensure lasting compounded success.

Who is your ideal client and why?

The clients I attract have a healthy balance using cerebral and intuitive decision-making pathways to reach their goals and are open and comfortable with change and transformation. I've worked with a diverse population of clients, most recently solopreneurs and entrepreneurs launching their first start-up or ready to scale up, corporate executives looking to transform their organization, and senior leaders looking to transition careers.

How do you measure success with a client?

Depending on the client, the measurement is defined on a case-by-case basis. It is subject to whether the goal is tied to completing an action or a measure of improvements such as team retention or engagement survey improvement percentages.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is my intuition and whole-hearted belief in the success of my clients.
