I conduct a deep dive into self-assessment, using tools to help clients identify their skills, interests, values, and motivators. Their output is having a personal mission statement along with a clear idea of what is important to them. We then use these elements to guide research into industries, functions, organizations, and roles that offer potential alignment.
Helping people realize what they are capable of and how this can translate to different roles, building people’s confidence.
