I've been coaching and developing people in all levels of their career for over 25+ years and believe everyone deserves and benefits from coaching. I'm passionate and curious about why people do what they do, our fears, our set-backs, and how we overcome them to live full, fulfilled, authentic lives. I have extensive experience in working with managers and executives on their soft skills, communication strategies, values, and unique leadership styles. I have had the pleasure of working with people across the globe and supporting them in their personal and professional journeys.
My work in coaching is a blend of listening, professional experience, scientifically proven neuroplasticity and cognitive exercises that provides a creative approach to accessing feelings, experiences, or events to help us notice noticing. I began my career in New York City, with the MTV Network, working on production releases of new musical artists. I then moved to Chicago and began working with within advertising at Leo Burnett, who created many of the Kellogg's characters. When working at Leo Burnett, I obtained my Masters in IO Psychology. From there, I moved to a start-up agency and build an HR department. Since then, I’ve built HR departments across many organizations that have become high-performing, award-winning teams. My training in coaching comes from the world-renowned Co-Active organization and Hudson Institute of Coaching.
