Describe the process you use to help clients move forward with their lives.

We get a baseline of satisfaction for each dimension of the client’s life through a Wheel of Life exercise. Once the focus area is identified, the client sets a vision for improvement. As the coach, I help the client identify limiting beliefs that are inhibiting their progress, and we work through those issues together. I also serve as their accountability partner for the steps the client will take in the journey toward the goal.

Describe your coaching style.

I serve my clients with a consultative coaching approach. Depending on the needs of the client on a specific issue, I switch between providing information and insights, challenging their mindset, breaking limiting beliefs, asking powerful questions to provoke new ideas, and brainstorming as an equal co-partner.

My specialty is helping job seekers put their best foot forward based on their passion, experiences, and skills. I provide knowledge and feedback on best practices for resumes and LinkedIn to create a cohesive personal brand for the job search.
