Bio

Spencer is a creative and thoughtful executive who has led high-performing teams in all stages of tech. He most recently worked as co-founder and CEO of his own teambuilding startup, and as Director of Operations at a series B prop-tech company, Great Jones. He previously led large expansion, strategy, and operations teams to help scale Uber from 250 to 15,000 employees and worked in equity capital markets at Morgan Stanley. He received his BA from Georgetown, his MBA from Harvard Business School, and his coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation and Co-Active Training Institute.

Spencer’s people management passion, expansive business experience, and thorough coaching training enable him to help executives get clear on their goals, chart an invigorating path to achieve them and hold them accountable along the way.
