My coaching style is supportive but direct. I believe that most people know what they want to or should do, but don't know (or have the confidence) how to get there. Together we identify the client's goals and build a plan to achieve them.
I work best with clients that are open to understanding their strengths and areas for development and are motivated to make the changes necessary to define a path forward. I support clients at all levels in their careers and enjoy helping people navigate internal mobility within their current organizations.
I believe that only a client can determine if our work together was successful. However, I define success (for me as the coach) as a client taking a step forward in their journey, no matter how big or small.
My coaching superpower is my ability to help clients assess their current situation objectively so they can make decisions and build plans to move forward toward their goals.
