FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is supportive but direct. I believe that most people know what they want to or should do, but don't know (or have the confidence) how to get there. Together we identify the client's goals and build a plan to achieve them.

How do you measure success with a client?

I believe that only a client can determine if our work together was successful. However, I define success (for me as the coach) as a client taking a step forward in their journey, no matter how big or small.

How do you support clients that don’t have a clear idea of what they want to do?

When a client does not know what they want to do, we take a step back and identify their values (what is important to them), their skills (what they have successfully done to date), and their interests (what they might want to continue or start to do in the future). The intersection of these things and how they can be applied in real-world situations are where we start our work and build plans to move forward toward their goals.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is my ability to help clients assess their current situation objectively so they can make decisions and build plans to move forward toward their goals.
