Anita Dolliver is a seasoned leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her career has spanned global HR leadership, organizational development, and talent strategy, with a consistent focus on shaping healthy, inclusive cultures where people and businesses thrive. She has held senior HR leadership roles across multiple industries including financial services, healthcare, and technology. Her work has included designing and facilitating high-potential development programs, building internal coaching practices, and creating culture initiatives that measurably improved engagement and performance.

As a coach, Anita draws on her deep expertise in leadership development, change management, and emotional intelligence, along with her training in Energy Leadership Coaching, to help leaders identify and harness their energy to achieve success in all areas of life. Her work guides leaders to quiet self-doubt, build confidence, and lead with authenticity and courage.
