I help my clients move forward with their lives by partnering with them first to understand their core values, and then to establish clear goals that are meaningful and aligned to those values. From there we work on developing habits that will support the achievement of those goals, working to unlearn unhelpful habits in terms of thinking and behaving, and then integrating more helpful habits, using the neuroscience of sustainable habit development. Throughout the process, I help my clients organize their thinking and turn thoughts into actions, and provide a supportive, empathetic, and objective space to process issues and explore their dreams. I always aim to help my clients build self-awareness and remember their agency in their lives, and support them to clarify their options and make choices and take actions that are best aligned with their goals and values.
Warmth and empathy are core to my communication style. I strive to balance providing validation, and supportively challenging my clients as appropriate, and will help you identify patterns that allow problems to be solved at their root.
Measurable goals are the foundation of my client relationships, whether that’s helping a client resolve team issues or transition into their dream role. One of my favorite questions is, “if you could snap your fingers and change one thing about your life by the end of our relationship, what would that be?” From there, we break your vision down into sustainable steps. I measure success by my client’s ability to learn, pivot, and persist through the challenges as they take strides towards creating the life they desire.
Helping clients turn confusion and overwhelm into a simple and clear understanding of their situations, options, priorities, and path forward. Careers of today are high in complexity and pressure, and my superpower is to simplify and lighten the load, so my clients can more fully enjoy the career and lives they’ve worked so hard to create.
